How can I apply for a refund?

Subscribed via Mexta website?
To request a refund, reach out to us at support@mextalearn.com or submit a ticket at the Support Center. Before submitting, we recommend reviewing our Refund Policy.
Subscribed via Google Play?
Email us at support@mextalearn.com with your order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and we'll review your request.
Subscribed via App Store?
Apple handles all App Store refunds directly. To request one:
- Visit Apple Support
- Go to Purchases and Refunds → Start a refund request → Request a refund
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Not sure which applies to you? If you downloaded the app from the App Store/Google Play but purchased through the Mexta website, your subscription is still website-based — follow the Mexta website instructions above.
