Subscription Terms

Mexta may offer plans such as a short trial or 7-day plan, monthly access, yearly access, and optional add-ons (for example AI Tools Pro). Exact prices, currency, and features are shown on the checkout / offers page before you pay.

If you start a paid trial or introductory period, it may convert automatically to a longer plan (for example monthly) unless you cancel before the trial ends. The checkout screen states what happens after the intro period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the payment method on file for renewal fees.

Cancel anytime from Profile → Plan / subscription (or equivalent account settings) before the next renewal to avoid further charges.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app or closing the browser does not cancel a subscription.

If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we may retry or suspend access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts owed.

We may change plan prices. For existing subscribers we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before it applies to you.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Statutory rights in your country (including consumer withdrawal rights where they apply) are not affected.
