Mexta provides practical AI learning pathways, practice tools, challenges, and certificates on mextalearn.com. Contact: support@mextalearn.com.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Mexta offers educational content including courses, lessons, AI practice tools, games, challenges, and certificates. Features may change as we improve the product.

AI assistants and tools are for learning only. They do not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Outputs may be inaccurate; verify important results yourself.

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date for security codes and billing notices.

Paid access is sold as a subscription or limited-time plan (for example 7-day, monthly, or yearly). Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.

Unless cancelled in time, plans may auto-renew at the then-current rate. Full billing rules are in the Subscription Terms.

Payments on the website are processed by third-party providers (including Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers.

Courses, UI, branding, and other Mexta materials are owned by Mexta or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for learning. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Breaking the law or infringing others’ rights.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Sharing account access commercially or scraping content at scale.
• Using AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE specific career, income, or learning outcomes. Certificates confirm completion of Mexta pathways and are not a university degree or regulated professional license.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEXTA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MEXTA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) continue after termination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
